Shipping and Returns

Please see product descriptions for turn around times. Some products are ready to ship but most have a 3-4 week turn around time. If you order a ready to ship product with a made to order product your order will be shipped all together in the time frame of the made to order product.


Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind. If there is a fault with your product, we will happily replace or refund the item, including return postage.

If you require a refund and you have paid via Afterpay your refund will be less afterpay fees which is 6% of your original purchase.

In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number, photographs and descriptions of the damage exactly as they have arrived to you. We’ll assess damage on a case-by-case basis and it’s at our discretion to determine whether an item can be returned and replaced on the basis of damage. If your order is deemed as having been damaged in transit, we will provide you with a refund or replacement where possible. Your initial item must be returned to us in an un-used condition, including all packaging.

Exchanges may be accepted on a case by case basis. Please email us if you would like an exchange.



Signature On Delivery(SOD)an additional $3

If you do not choose signature on delivery your items will be left in a safe place at your address.

All shipping has tracking. However, if you don't choose SOD it is at your own risk. If your parcel says delivered on the tracking info but goes missing, Lilah & Co. take no responsibilty.
